✨ Ouchh Mail Club is a monthly art mail subscription: a small envelope sent to your home with an exclusive A6 print, stickers, gentle art prompts and creative surprises.
It’s about slowing down, playing with ideas, and enjoying making things just for yourself, without pressure.

✨ Every month is different, but each envelope will always include:
– an A6 art print
– stickers
– art prompts
– a small monthly surprise
✨ Cut-off date: the 15th of each month
Subscriptions made by the 15th are guaranteed to receive the following month’s envelope.
Subscriptions made after the 15th will receive the following month’s envelope only if stock is available. Otherwise, the first envelope will be sent the month after.

When do orders close?
Is it UK only?
Yes, for now Ouchh Mail Club is UK-only
If you subscribe after the 15th, there are two possibilities:
If there is still stock available, you will receive the next month’s Mail Club.
If stock has sold out, your first Mail Club will be sent the following month.
For example:
Order on 16 January → you will receive February’s Mail Club only if stock is still available.
If not, your first Mail Club will be sent in early March.
Everything is sent to print on the 15th of each month, this is the cut-off date.
This helps me order the right amount of stock and keep waste to a minimum.
I do usually order a few extra pieces, just in case, which means you can still join after the 15th and receive the upcoming month’s Mail Club, but this depends on availability.

What happens if I order on the 16th?
Each mail is printed to order and posted at the beginning of the following month.
You’ll receive your Ouchh Mail Club envelope early in the month.
When do I receive my mail?
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before the 15th of the month.
Address changes made after this date may not apply to the upcoming shipment.
What if I need to change my address?
If your envelope hasn’t arrived, please email me within 14 days of the expected delivery date and I’ll do my best to help.
Depending on availability, I may offer a replacement or refund.
What if my envelope gets lost in the post?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the 15th of the month to avoid being charged for the next envelope.
Cancellations made after the 15th will apply to the following month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Your email address and postal address are only used to manage your subscription and send your Ouchh Mail Club envelopes.
Your information is stored securely and is never shared or sold.
