It’s about slowing down, playing with ideas, and enjoying making things just for yourself, without pressure.

Subscriptions made before the 15th receive the following month’s envelope.

When do orders close?
Is it UK only?
Yes, for now Ouchh Mail Club is UK-only
If you subscribe after the 15th, your order will count for the following month.
For example:
Order on 16 January → you’ll receive your first Ouchh Mail Club in early March, not February.
This is because everything is made to order and prepared once monthly, after subscriptions close.
What happens if I order on the 16th?
Each mail is printed to order and posted at the beginning of the following month.
You’ll receive your Ouchh Mail Club envelope early in the month.
When do I receive my mail?
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before the 15th of the month.
Address changes made after this date may not apply to the upcoming shipment.
What if I need to change my address?
If your envelope hasn’t arrived, please email me within 14 days of the expected delivery date and I’ll do my best to help.
Depending on availability, I may offer a replacement or refund.
What if my envelope gets lost in the post?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the 15th of the month to avoid being charged for the next envelope.
Cancellations made after the 15th will apply to the following month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Your email address and postal address are only used to manage your subscription and send your Ouchh Mail Club envelopes.
